Sparkman Holler Cabernet 750ML

One of the Columbia Valley's most lauded Cabernet Sauvignons - 93 points for the 2016 and a Top 100 Selection for the 2013 from Wine Spectator - is also one of Washington's finest values!  It's 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 3% Merlot.  This is big, rich, and plush with plenty of Cabernet Sauvignon currant, blackberry, and spice and a nice jolt of chocolate and violets from the Petit Verdot. The firm, fine-grained, finish makes this a terrific steak and baked potato selection, but if you want to drink it all by itself, we won't judge.  An utterly delicious Napa alternative.
